London-based aviation finance specialist Magi Partners has arranged the sale and leaseback of four Boeing 777-300ER with Qatar Airways.

For two of the aircraft, Crianza Aviation provided the equity component, Korean institutional investors provided the mezzanine funding and senior debt was arranged and fully underwritten by ANZ Bank.

Magi Partners Aircraft Management will provide the aircraft management services.

Vedder Price provided English counsel for Magi Partners, while Korean counsel was provided by Yulchon. Cayman Islands counsel was Walkers. Clifford Chance acted on behalf of the senior lenders.
