Hong Kong SAR’s China Aircraft Leasing Group (CALC) has confirmed to Airfinance Journal the delivery of its first Airbus Neo aircraft to China Southern Airlines.
On 23 April, the lessor handed over a factory fresh A321neo on operating lease to China Southern in Hamburg.
AFJ understands that this marks the beginning of a Neo fleet renewal mandate between the Mike Poon-founded lessor and the Chinese state-controlled carrier.
