Singapore Airlines | Jolco | 04-24 | $250m (est.) | 2xA350-900

Airfinance Journal can exclusively reveal that Singapore Airlines (SIA) has closed its first Airbus A350-900 Japanese operating lease with call option (Jolco) financings.

The Singaporean flag carrier has refinanced two A350-900s under Jolco structures – one delivered new to the carrier in June 2021, and another delivered in January 2022.

The two widebodies were originally structured under finance leases with NBB Leasing as overall and debt arranger and BBAM as manager.

AFJ understands that lessor BBAM was subsequently involved in placing these aircraft under their current Jolco structures and remains their manager.
