Hong Kong SAR’s China Aircraft Leasing Group (CALC) is selling two lease-attached Airbus A320neo aircraft to mainland lessor Agricultural Bank of China Leasing (ABC Leasing).
Airfinance Journal understands that the transaction involves two China Eastern Airlines-attached Airbus narrowbodies built in 2022.
ABC Leasing plans to close the acquisition of the two CALC A320neos by June this year.
The purchaser of the two new-technology narrowbodies is Tianjin Jinpengqi Leasing, a wholly owned subsidiary of bank-backed ABC Leasing.
