Deucalion Aviation has arranged the sale and long-term lease of one 2019-vintage Airbus A350-900 aircraft in the territory of Taiwan.
Deucalion said it was able to arrange a long-term lease with China Airlines after running a comprehensive campaign for either the sale or the lease of the aircraft.
The legal ownership of the A350 has been transferred to Altitude II Aircraft Four from JPA No. 199, a Taiwanese regulatory filing indicates.
JPA No. 199 is an entity owned by JP Lease, while Altitude II Aircraft Four is owned by Altitude Aircraft Leasing, an aircraft leasing platform formed by US global investment firm KKR's credit and infrastructure funds to buy aircraft serviced by Altavair.
