MIAT Mongolian Airlines | Operating lease | 04-24 | 2x787-9 | Transaction

Mongolian flag carrier MIAT Mongolian Airlines is approaching delivery of its first Boeing 787-9 leased from Aercap.

The aircraft is the first of two 787-9s to be delivered to the carrier. The first unit is expected to be delivered this week, while the second one will be delivered in the first quarter of 2024.

Both 2019-vintage 787-9s were delivered new to Hainan Airlines-affiliated Suparna Airlines from Aercap as an original lease transaction with GECAS.
