Hong Kong-based China Aircraft Leasing (CALC) has completed the issuance of a $35 million senior unsecured ‘Series B’ bond.
The bond has a five-year tenor and bears interest at 5.9% per annum, payable semi-annually in arrears.
CALC retains an option to issue another $35 million later in 2021.
