German flag carrier Lufthansa is leasing its latest Airbus A350-900 aircraft.
The equity portion of the lease agreement was arranged by German Operating Aircraft Leasing (GOAL), a joint venture of Lufthansa and KGAL, a German investment house. The debt portion was provided by Credit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CA-CIB) and Credit Industriel et Commercial.
CA-CIB acted as debt arranger, agent and security trustee in the transaction.
