Aircraft are scheduled to be delivered from the end of 2020 through 2021. 

Update: SMBC Aviation Capital confirms the delivery of the first of six Airbus A321neo aircraft on lease to Singapore Airlines (SIA) low-cost affiliate Scoot. (31 AUG 2021) 

Update: SMBC Aviation Capital  has delivered two Airbus A321neo aircraft to Scoot, the low-cost subsidiary of Singapore Airlines (SIA).

These are the second and third aircraft delivered to Scoot as part of a six-A321neo transaction with the airline. The remaining three aircraft are scheduled for delivery this month.

Update: SMBC Aviation Capital (SMBC AC) has delivered a fifth and final Airbus A321neo on lease to Scoot, the low-cost carrier subsidiary of Singapore Airlines (SIA).

When the deal was first announced, Scoot was due to take a sixth A321neo from SMBC AC.
