China Aircraft Leasing (CALC) is issuing RMB800 million ($112 million) of medium-term notes (MTNs) with a term of three years at a coupon of 4.93%.
Proceeds will be used for aircraft purchases.
China Chengxin International Credit Rating has given an AA+ rating to CALC’s Tianjin branch and this tranche of MTNs.
Bank of Beijing is the joint lead underwriter and bookrunner, while China Merchants Securities is joint lead underwriter.
