Korean lessor Crianza Aviation has added three Boeing 787-9 aircraft to its portfolio.

The transactions were funded by Nord/LB, FAB, KEB Hana Bank and Woori Bank as senior lenders.

Korean institutional investors served as mezzanine financiers.

EastMerchant acted as arranger and asset manager to the transaction in co-operation with Newnham/Cerritos, who were arranger and advisor for the Korean financing structures.

Update: The three a/c were leased to Etihad.
