Air Mauritius puts aircraft up for sale
Air Mauritius has put five Airbus aircraft up for sale.
In a tender notice on its website the African carrier advertised the sale of two A340-300s, one A330 and two A319s.
Airfinance Journal’s Fleet Tracker shows one A340 is 23 years old, while a second is 21 years old. The A330 is 11 years old.
One A319 is 2001 vintage, while the second is 2003 vintage.
The prospectus was issued on 7 July and the closing date for bids is 11 August. The notice was issued by the airline’s administrators, who have been managing the airline since April.
