Air France has closed its latest Airbus A350-900 delivery in the sale and leaseback market.

Tokyo Century Leasing acquired the unit that was delivered earlier in April. The lessor closed a mortgage loan with the French carrier under a Japanese operating lease with a call option (Jolco) structure.

Commerzbank provided the debt portion in the transaction.

It is the third A350-900 unit sold by the French carrier to the Japanese company. The first unit closed in 2019, the second in 2023.
