When will we see the next ABS deal close?
Aircraft lessors have experienced the same issues faced by the shipping, housing and commercial property industries which have all been caused by very high gearing. In a rising market, this is fine, in a falling market it is under pressure but in a market like the one we have experienced over the recent period it is a disaster. The business model will adapt to this.
