Both the UK export credit agency (ECA), UK Export Finance, and US Ex-Im can now offer guarantees for pre-funded bonds to finance aircraft deliveries.
Traditionally ECAs have only guaranteed bonds that refinance banks loans to fund aircraft deliveries.
