US pilots object to export credit

The US pilots association says export credit guarantees create an unfair playing field for US airlines and foreign competitors.

The Air Line Pilots Association (ALPA) has sent a letter to the US Congress stating that export credit is unfair.

The group says that US Ex-Im Bank should ensure to protect US jobs when it finances aircraft for foreign airlines and to guarantee that the use of export credit does not harm US industry. The association is asking US legislators to call on...
