UK court says Kingfisher owes lease rentals

A summary judgement in the UK's High Courts of Justice has found that United Breweries Holdings, which owns Kingfisher Airlines, owes Bank of Scotland $21.6 million.

On January 13 2012 a UK court found that United Breweries Holdings Limited (UBH), Kingfisher Airlines' parent company, owes the Bank of Scotland PLC $21.6 million in unpaid lease rentals for 10 ATR 72-210s.
