Oaktree Capital Management mandates an investment bank to sell its majority shareholding in the US aircraft leasing company.

Private equity firm, Oaktree Capital Management, is in the market to sell its stake in start-up lessor Jackson Square Aviation (JSA). The company has mandated Deutsche Bank to manage the sale, which is in its early stages.

JSA has 66 aircraft either committed or delivering in 2012, with a 75-25 split between narrowbody and widebody models and an average age of 1.2 years, according to a document seen by Airfinance...
