Doric Capital to issue bonds

The Luxembourg-based company will raise up to €65 million to finance one Airbus A380 to be leased to Emirates.

Doric Capital plans to issue up to €65 million ($86 million) in bonds on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange in June 2012. The bonds, “Doric Aviation Bonds 1”, will bear a 9% interest per annum payable quarterly in arrears.
