The regional aircraft manufacturer ATR achieved its best-ever annual sales figures in 2011.

ATR had a record year in 2011 with firm orders for 157 aircraft (13 ATR 42s and 144 ATR 72s). The result was somewhat marred by the manufacturer’s decision to remove 38 Kingfisher orders from its orderbook, but even after these cancellations, the net result is still a record for the company....
