AMR Holdings, American Airlines’ (AA) parent company, has filed three separate documents with the US Bankruptcy Court in the Southern District of New York stating it plans to keep 85 Boeing aircraft. The company states it will pay all security, lease and purchase payments pertaining to the three separate financings.
