Atlas Air has closed a $240 million debt facility for two Boeing 747-8Fs. Four European banks provided the 12-year loan.

BNP Paribas, Credit Agricole-CIB, Deka Bank and NordLB are joint lead arrangers and underwriters. NordLB is also agent. The banks were mandated in the fourth quarter last year.
