American Airlines (AA) is reshuffling its management team after two executives announced they were retiring and one executive resigned, effective December 31.
New CRO
Beverly Goulet has been named chief restructuring officer (CRO), in addition to her role as vice president (VP), corporate development and treasurer, AA. As CRO, she will develop and implement the company’s restructuring plan. This involves developing strategies to improve the core business.
Goulet first joined AA in 1993. She was promoted to vice president of corporate development and treasurer in June 2002. In her role, she has been responsible for AA’s debt and equity financings, fuel hedging, banking, corporate insurance, risk management and aircraft transactions.
