Royal Bank of Scotland hopes to choose a buyer for leasing subsidiary, RBS Aviation Capital, before the end of the year.

The final round of bids for RBS Aviation Capital are due the first week of December. There will be three or four bidders invited to the last round and a decision on the final sale is expected in the fourth quarter of 2011....
