Emirates places record Boeing order

The Dubai carrier will add 50 777s to its fleet starting in 2015.

Emirates announced an order for 50 Boeing 777-300ERs at the Dubai Air Show yesterday. This is the US manufacturer's largest ever order by dollar value.
