Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) has cancelled five Boeing 747-8Fs out of an order of 15 freighters. Instead, the airline will take delivery of five 777 freighters to be operated by Emirates.
At list prices, the conversion represents a loss of about $252 million.
