New head for IoM aircraft register

The registry, which is used by banks and lessors to register off-lease aircraft, has appointed a new head of civil aviation.
Hartley Elder has been appointed head of civil aviation for
the Isle of Man (IoM) aircraft register.
Elder joined the register in 2008 as chief surveyor from
the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO), in
