Doric Nimrod Air Two (DNA2) lists on the London Stock Exchange, raising £145 million ($231 million) to fund three A380s for Emirates.

Doric Nimrod Air Two lists on the London and Channel Islands stock exchanges today, raising £145 million ($231 million). £136 million comes from UK institutional investors. The listing raises equity to fund three A380s which will be leased to Emirates for 12 years. The aircraft will deliver in September and December this year, and in June 2012. Shares in DNA2 issue today at £2.00 ($3.19) per share, offering a 9% annual dividend which is paid quarterly.
Doric Asset Finance and Nimrod Capital collaborated again to list the special purpose company, which is three times the size of Doric Nimrod Air One (DNA1)....
