Law firm Clyde & Co has appointed Paul Jebely in Hong Kong to expand the firm's regional expertise.

Paul Jebely will join Clyde & Co on March 11 as counsel at the firm's Hong Kong office. Jebely, who was formerly a senior associate and head of aviation at Ashurst, will be responsible for the firm's Asian and African aviation finance business.The practice will focus in on developing and strengthening regional and local relationships. Clyde & Co believes there are opportunities in the commercial jet market, as well as business jets and engine leasing in China. Also, Jebely will be responsible for building an expertise with Chinese financiers deploying capital internationally. "We're looking to work on outward investment from China...
