Steven Chung has joined Hughes, Hubbard & Reed as a partner. Chung previously worked in Milbank’s aviation practice, while based in Washington, D.C., where he worked on a number of large transactions.
In 2010, he represented Goldman Sachs and Credit Agricole-CIB as arrangers in a $530 million secured Term B loan financing for AWAS. Chung also represented Bank of America and Goldman Sachs as arrangers in the $1.3 billion secured Term B loan financing for International Lease Finance Corporation.
