Fortress to sell $33 million-worth of Aircastle shares

Goldman Sachs is to purchase the close to 4 million Aircastle shares worth about $33 million.

Aircastle will offer a total of 3.9 million common shares after Fortress Investment Group, its primary shareholder, decided to sell its shares. Goldman Sachs has agreed to purchase the shares for $8.42 per share, resulting in $32.84 million of proceeds going to Fortress.
