HSBC: Air France-KLM to break even in 2011

HSBC analyst says Air France-KLM’s stock has underperformed but predicts the airline will break-even for financial year 2011 and advises a buy action.

Air France-KLM is expected to break even in 2011 despite a record operating loss of €1.29 billion ($1.6 billion) in the fourth quarter of financial year (FY) 2010, states a report by HSBC. The bank also expects the airline industry as a whole to bounce back next year....
