After much speculation, eight senior management hires for Air Lease Corporation have been revealed. Steven Udvar-Hazy established his new operating lease company after leaving ILFC in February 2010. Several former colleagues from ILFC will join Hazy, including former acting CEO, John Plueger, as the new company begins raising money and signing purchase agreements for aircraft. “This is the first time in our history that we will have more employees than planes," said Hazy to Airfinance Journal at an event in April.
