CEO Steven Udvar-Hazy will retire from International Lease Finance Corporation – the company he founded and built, says American International Group (AIG).

Steven Udvar-Hazy will retire as director and chief executive officer of International Lease Finance Corporation (ILFC) as of today.
In a statement released by American International Group (AIG), ILFC’s owner, Robert Benmosche, CEO of AIG, thanked Hazy for his service and leadership.
