Julia Salt, a former partner in Allen & Overy international structured and asset finance practice and co-head of the international aviation finance group has set up her own legal practice. After over 30 years at Allen & Overy, Salt decided to take the next step in her career by offering independent legal advice.
It is all in the name. Plane Legal is a two person strong firm, headed by Salt. The idea to establish her own firm has been in the back of Salt’s mind for about two years. “It’s evolved really. After 31 years I was thinking about what to do next.”
