Aviation Capital Group expands its interests in the Middle East and North Africa with a new joint venture.

US lessor, Aviation Capital Group (ACG), revealed at the Paris Air Show today, that it has formed a joint venture with Egyptian partners Civil Aviation Finance Holding(CIAF Holding) and Civil Aviation Support and Development Fund. The two Egyptian entities own 90% of the shareholding, while ACG owns the remaining10%.
