Airbus books order with Qatar

Middle East carrier Qatar Airways, places order for new aircraft and converts purchase options to firm orders at Paris Air Show

Qatar Airways has confirmed an order for 24 A320s at theParis Air Show.

The airline has also converted four options to firm ordersfor A321s ordered at the Farnborough Air Show last year.

 

The new aircraft will have a two-class configuration andwill operate on Qatar’s Eastern European and southwest Asia routes.
