Victor Snegirev, based in Devovise�s Moscow office, has been promoted to the role of international counsel.
Recent deals he has worked on include advising KrasAir, Ural Airlines, Sky Express, Aeroflot Don and Aeroflot Nord in connection with their entire Western fleet development program; VTB Leasing in its financing of aircraft for Russian airlines and other clients; other Russian airlines and leasing companies; a Russian aircraft manufacturer; and Russian corporations in various domestic and cross border aircraft-related transactions.
Snegirev joined the firm in 2005 from DLA Piper. He received a law degree from the International Law Faculty of the Moscow State Institute for International Relations in 1996 and graduated from the Moscow Institute of Electronics with a degree in physics in 1991.
