Debis AirFinance is looking for a new owner, with the lessor already in talks with a number of private equity companies.
Rothschild is advising debis AirFinance's owners on the sale.

Rothschild is advising debis AirFinance's owners on the sale.
Cerberus Capital and Terra Firma – which are both on the Boullioun shortlist (see page 34)– have already shown an interest. Oaktree Capital, which is an investor in Pegasus Aviation and is no longer bidding for Boullioun, is also another potential buyer.
