Mark Hackforth-Jones is having trouble adjusting to his new life after leaving Citigroup. Having spent more than 31 years at the firm, he is finding it odd not boarding the train to the bank's London office, but he is not planning to leave aviation finance.

"I am still to young to retire and have no wish to leave the industry," he says, "but I think it is time for me to change. I have had a good innings...
