AerCap sets up 70 aircraft joint venture

AerCap has established a 70 aircraft joint venture with LoadAir, a Kuwaiti aviation company.
Each company will hold a 50% stake in the joint venture, called AerVenture. The company will own all of the 70 new A320 family aircraft that AerCap ordered at the Dubai Airshow. The aircraft will be delivered between 2007 and 2010.
