Oasis International Leasing has closed a $900 million refinancing deal with Airbus Financial Services. The loan allows the company to purchase 25 aircraft from Airbus Financial Services. The aircraft are A318s, A319s, A320s, A321s, A330s and A340s.
The deal is structured as a $600 million senior loan, which was provided by Barclays Capital. The remaining $300 million was made up of a mezzanine loan from Airbus Financial Services, and a junior loan provided by a consortium led by the Dubai Offsets Group.
