Citigroup has closed an acquisition facility to finance Macquarie's purchase of aircraft operating lessor GATX Air.
The facility enables Macquarie to acquire the wholly owned assets of GATX Air, valued at $1.1 billion, and the lessor's 11 partnership interests, valued at $500 million.
