• Eads, the European aerospace and defence manufacturer, has implemented changes to its management and leadership structure at an extraordinary general meeting in Amsterdam. Elected for a five-year term, the Eads board of directors has introduced four independent members. During the board's constituent meeting Rüdiger Grube was made chairman of its board of directors and Louis Gallois became chief executive officer.
