European ECAs appoint legal panel

The export credit agencies of the UK, France and Germany have appointed a panel of five law firms to represent them in ECA financings of Airbus aircraft.
ECGD, Coface and Euler Hermes have replaced Denton Wilde Sapte and Lovells with Simmons & Simmons and Reed Smith Richards Butler, and have reappointed Allen & Overy, Norton Rose and White & Case. The panel is reviewed once every five years. The appointments come after a tender and presentation process among a group of international law firms.
