SkyWest Inc Plans to Upgrade Fleet

SkyWest Airlines and Atlantic Southeast Airlines parent company SkyWest Inc has announced plans to withdraw 23 Embraer 120 Brasilia turboprops and four Canadair Regional Jet 200 aircraft from their fleet. These aircraft will be replaced by 22 larger regional jets. SkyWest will be discussing with both Bombardier and Embraer the replacement aircraft and hope that the new aircraft can be delivered starting in late 2008.
